I am back again this time of the year to save you a
ton of money....
Money that can be better used to feed the poor in teh
country (I am poor allright)
Money that can be better invested for a rainy day
(invest on me and u will get good returns...sometime
in ur life)
Money that can be used to buying a asset (I am an
asset all right)
Money that could contribute to our economy, and not
teh american one (I am very much a part of the Indian
economy)
Ok..ok will stop about the resource depoyment
alternatives, and get back to the main point in
question... saving the money thingy.
And heres how it goes:
Dont even for a moments sake.....think or make the
effort of thinking of spending ur money on a Mission
Impossible movie (a.k.a MI3) ..... and if u do so, you
would go through the same mixed emotion of humour (coz
the movie was unintentionally hilarious) and agony
(coz there is a point beyond which unintentional
humour starts jarring on ur pysche) that i did....and
especially when i have paid a more than normal rate to
go and see a special premiere show.
I can see a progressive decline in MI movies...the 1st
one was best of the lot (though must admit , I had to
watch it twice to understand it 8-9 yrs back)...
the 2nd one was a pure Hindi movie...but atleast it
had good stunts.....with the cool bikey thingy in the
end.
The 3rd one....has denigrated to an abysmal
level...esp about something called a rabbit
foot...imagine going through an entire movie trying to
get something that looked like a flask containing
tea....and then they dont even expalin whats it all
about. If I thought Fanaa's concept of a bomb trigger
was childish, MI3's concept of rabit foot was
infantile (if there is ever such a word ).
Lavin says keep ur money in ur pocket, or refer back
to the alternatives provided at the beginning of the
mail to spend it better. Either ways u wont regret it.
